The jars actually contain Hazelnut Jam

La Boulange Café & Bakery is recalling 75 Soft Caramel Jams in 8.4 oz. jars with lot number 822713 that were sold exclusively in 20 of its stores in in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The product was inadvertently mislabeled and filled with Hazelnut Jam containing an allergen -- hazelnut.
The company has received no reports of illnesses associated with this product.
The recalled products were sold from August 15, 2013, to November 11, 2013 with lot number 822713 on a white label on the bottom of the container. No other La Boulange Café & Bakery branded products are affected.
Consumers with a hazelnut allergywho posses the recalled product should not consume it and should discard it or return to a La Boulange Café & Bakery for a refund.
