United Exchange Corp. is recalling Family Care Eye Wash due to microbial contamination.
The following lots of products, consisting of a purified water solution, are being recalled:

Use of a contaminated product could be calamitous for any population since there is a reasonable probability of a potentially sight threatening eye infection.
No illnesses have been reported to date.
The recalled product is packaged in 4-oz (118-mL) bottles and was distributed nationwide to wholesale and retail facilities.
