The product may be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum
October 30, 2015Gilmore Fish of Dallesport, Wash., is recalling all canned (Gourmet smoked Columbia sturgeon, fresh packed Pacific salmon, gourmet smoked Chinook salmon), Gilmore Fish brand products.
The product may be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum.
There have been no reported cases of illness to date.
All products were sold to consumers from the company's Dallesport, Wash., retail store, with last of the products distributed in September 2015.
The following products, with production codes starting with "OC" found on either the bottom or top of the 5-oz. or 7-oz. metal cans, are being recalled:

Customers should destroy or return recalled product to Gilmore Fish Smokehouse for a refund.
