The product may be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum.
There have been no reported cases of illness to date.
The last date of distribution of the recalled products, which were distributed in Oregon, was September 2015 (with an expiration date of September 2018.) Affected production codes include any codes starting with “OC.”
The following products, packaged in metal cans, are being recalled:
Albacore Tuna | 7.5 oz. |
Smoked Albacore Tuna | 7.5 oz. |
Coho Salmon | 7.5 oz. |
Smoked Coho Salmon | 7.5 oz. |
Chinook Salmon | 7.5 oz. |
Smoked Chinook Salmon | 7.5 oz. |
Customers who purchased the recalled products should return them to Ecola Seafoods for a full refund.
