Millennium Outdoors of Pearl, Miss., is recalling about 1,400 Millennium Outdoors fixed position tree stands.

The seat on the tree stand can bend in a downward angle, posing a fall hazard to the user.

No incidents or injuries have been reported.

The recall includes the 2015 model M-60 Millennium Outdoors fixed position tree stand. These fixed position tree stands are used to hunt from an elevated position. The black metal tree stands include the main stand platform with a nylon hanging strap assembly. It has a green canvas seat with a red “M” and “Millennium Treestand” printed in white letters in the center affixed with black snaps on the sides.

The model number is printed on the tree stand packaging. The date code MO5100 is stamped on the top of the back post of the tree stand. The base platform has a black metal mesh frame.

The tree stands, manufactured in China, were sold at B&H Farm Supply, Farris Brothers, Gander Mountain, Midway USA and Sportsman’s Warehouse from May 2015, through August 2015, for about $220.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled tree stands and return them to the manufacturer for a replacement stand.
