Publix Deli Tri Fruit and Grain Salad recalled

The product may be adulterated with Listeria monocytogenes

PhotoPublix Super Markets is recalling Publix Deli Tri Fruit and Grain Salad since it may be adulterated with Listeria monocytogenes. Publix received notification of the potential contamination from its supplier, Allison's Gourmet Kitchens. The company says no illnesses have been reported to date.

Publix Deli Tri Fruit and Grain Salad, UPC # 41415-39662, was distributed in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee. The recalled product was sold in pre-packaged 12 ounce containers from December 2012, through March 26, 2013.

Consumers who have purchased the product in question may return it their local store for a full refund.
