Clik here to view.B. Robert’s Foods of Charlotte, N.C., is recalling approximately 4,474 pounds of chicken noodle soup.
The product is formulated with egg, a known allergen, but was released with a Chicken and Wild Rice Soup side label, which does not declare the allergen.
There are no reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of this product.
The item with the following label, produced on December 12, 2014, is subject to recall:
- 16-oz. (454-g) refrigerated packages of "HARRIS TEETER FRESH FOODS MARKET CHEF’S RECIPE CHICKEN AND WILD RICE SOUP” with UPC code “6108819179,” product code “57878” and a “SELL-BY 01/31/15” in the bottom right corner of the label.
The product bears the establishment number “P-19198” inside the USDA mark of inspection, and was distributed to grocery stores in Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
