Nestle Prepared Foods Company is recalling a limited quantity of LEAN CUISINE Culinary Collection Chicken with Peanut Sauce/UPC code 13800 10154.

The product may contain shrimp, an allergen not listed on the label

No illnesses or allergic reactions have been reported to date.

The recalled product is marked with a production code of 4165595911U and has a “best before” date of JULY 2015. A small quantity of LEAN CUISINE Culinary Collection Shrimp Alfredo was inadvertently placed into packaging for LEAN CUISINE Culinary Collection Chicken with Peanut Sauce.

Consumers who have purchased the recalled product will find the manufacturing code 4165595911U in the grey box on the right side panel of the package. No other LEAN CUISINE items are affected.

The product was distributed to retail customers in Washington State, California, Louisiana and Texas, and can be found in the frozen food aisle.
