PhotoPrincess House of Taunton, Mass., is recalling all of its Marissa Tangerine Appetizer Plates.

The company says that as a result of internal compliance and independent product testing, it has become aware that a small quantity of plates, when put into certain food service use, may allow cadmium and lead in the decorative plate decal to escape at levels exceeding U.S. Food and Drug Administration and/or California Proposition 65 guidance levels.

No illness or injury related to this situation has been reported to date.

Only the Tangerine Appetizer Plates are affected by this recall.

Consumers who possess these plates may obtain information about product return and exchange for product of equal or greater value by contacting their sales consultant or hostess or by calling Princess House at (877) 233-1647.
