Pringles recalls Original crisps

The product may contain milk, an allergen not listed on the label

Pringles is recalling a small quantity of 5.68‐ounce cans of Original crisps.

The crisps may have been exposed to seasoning containing milk, an allergen not listed as an ingredient on the label. Approximately 75 cans may have been affected, but the company is recalling one hour’s worth of production as a precaution.

No illnesses or allergic reactions have been reported to date.

The recalled product is marked on the bottom of the can with a UPC code of 38000 84496 and best by date of 12/26/2014, with the manufacturing code L 3269KT70 that ends with four numbers ranging from 0830 to 0930.

The Pringles Original cans were distributed to seven customer warehouses that supply retail stores nationwide. No other Pringles products are affected
