The product did not undergo federal inspection.
There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of the recalled product.
The following frozen item, produced from April 1, 2019, through June 4, 2019, is being recalled:
- 9.6-oz. plastic shrink-wrapped packages containing a single personal size pizza identified as TABLE 87 COAL OVEN PIZZA Home Of The Coal Oven Slice PROSCIUTTO with UPC code 804879558286 and 10804879558283.
The recalled product bearing establishment number EST. 51192 inside the USDA mark of inspection, was shipped to retail and wholesale locations and sold online sales nationwide.
What to do
Customers who purchased the recalled product should not consume it, but discard or return it to the place of purchase.
