The UPC barcode -- 653341196767 -- is located in two places on the product: the bottom portion of the outer packaging box and the bottom portion of the label on the bottle.
Approximately 7,105 units of the recalled product were shipped to distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and consumers in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming.
