GHSW is recalling select salads, wraps and salad bar trays sold in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.
The products contain soy, an allergen not declared on the label.
No reports of illnesses or injury have been received to date.
The following items, sold at two Whole Foods Markets 365 in Texas and at Whole Foods Markets in Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas, are being recalled:
