The products have been found to report inaccurately high INR test results

PhotoTerrific Care/Medex Supply is recalling Roche CoaguChek test strips distributed directly to consumers via its website/phone calls/fax of All Catalog/REF Numbers that DO NOT END IN 160.

The recalled products have been found to inaccurately report high INR (clotting) test results.

Patients taking warfarin who receive inaccurate INR results above their target therapeutic range may be at risk for inappropriate therapeutic measures such as a warfarin dose reduction, interruption of warfarin use or administration of vitamin K.

The recalled product was distributed directly to consumers via courier service from December 27, 2017, through December 15, 2018.

What to do

Customers who purchased the recalled product should stop using it immediately, send an email to RMA@medexsupply.com, or call a customer service specialist at (888) 433-2300 from 9:00 am 5:00 pm, Monday Thursday.

The recalled product may be returned directly to:
