Roya Foods of Paterson, N.J., is recalling approximately 438 pounds of raw Halal Manti Beef Dumplings.
The products did not undergo federal inspection.
There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions.
The following item produced from May 2, 2018, to August 29, 2018, is being recalled:
- 1-lb. clear plastic containers of raw beef dumplings. The product is marked HALAL MANTI and instructs the consumer to KEEP FROZEN
The recalled product, bearing establishment number EST. 19829 inside the USDA mark of inspection, was shipped to retail and restaurant locations in Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey and New York.
What to do
Customers who purchased the recalled product should not consume it, but discard it or return it to the place of purchase.
