The products may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7

Clik here to view.Clair D. Thompson & Sons of Jersey Shore, Pa., is recalling approximately 700 pounds of ground beef that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7.
There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.
The the following items, produced and packaged on September 27 - 28, 2017, and October 2, 2017, are being recalled:
- 5-lb. plastic bags of Thompson GROUND BEEF.
- 10-lb. plastic bags of Thompson GROUND BEEF.
The recalled products, bearing establishment number EST. 9681 inside the USDA mark of inspection, were shipped to institutions in New York and Pennsylvania.
What to do
Customers who purchased these products should not consume them, but throw them away or return them to the place of purchase.
