Health and Beyond LLC is recalling quantity lots of product Tranquility.
The products have been found to contain a trace of Doxepin, a pharmaceutical for sleep and Chlorpormazine for psychotic disorders. That could potentially result in dizziness and cause public health risk.
The company says it has received no reports of adverse events related to the product, which was distributed nationwide, wholesale, retail and via the Internet
The product is used as a sleep aid and is packaged in a white bottle with 30 pills per bottle with lot # 36678 and 36680 and an expiration date of 9/15.
The company is notifying its distributors and customers by phone and mail, and is arranging for return/replacement etc. of all recalled products. Consumers/distributors/retailers who have product should stop using it and return the product to place of purchase if you choose.
