Hy-Vee brand pizzas recalled

The products may contain soy, an allergen not declared on the label

PhotoHy-Vee of West Des Moines, Iowa, is recalling eight varieties of Hy-Vee brand pizzas that may contain soy, an allergen not declared on the label.

No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with these products.

The following products, packaged in plastic wrapped pizza tins and sold out of refrigerated display cases, produced by Hy-Vees wholly owned subsidiary D & D Foods, are being recalled:

The products were sold in Minnesota by the Twin Cities Hy-Vee stores in New Hope, Oakdale, Lakeville, Brooklyn Park, Eagan and Savage, near the stores Italian departments and prepared-meal areas.

What to do

Customers who purchased the recalled products should dispose of them or return them to their local Hy-Vee store for a full refund.
