Ton Shen Health of Chicago, Ill., is recalling its DHZC-2 tablets that may be contaminated with elevated levels of lead.
One illness has been reported to date in connection with this problem.
The recalled Chinese herbal supplement was sold mainly in Chicago area in retails stores, while some as distributed to other states through mail orders.
The product's 1.6-oz., white plastic package marked with lot # 2163-844 on the bottom. The UPC is 616042102727
What to do
Customers who purchased the recalled product should return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
