Herr Foods is recalling Waffle Works Brand Double Chocolate Waffle Sandwiches.
The product contains milk, an allergen not listed on the label. The product is safe for consumption by those who do not have milk allergies.
The company says it has not received any reports of illnesses to date.
The following product, distributed in individual bags nationwide through retail stores, distributors and vending sales, is being recalled:

The packages are gold, white and brown metalized bags with the Brand “Waffle Works” spelled out at the top of the package. The lot number is located on the front of the package on the middle right hand side. The UPC number is located at the lower right hand corner of the back panel of the package.
What to do
Customers with milk allergies should not consume the recalled product and return it to the retailer where purchased for a full refund.
