One illness has been reported to date.
produced in our Astoria, New York, plant, because it contains undeclared milk. People who have an allergy to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
DF Mavens brand Chocolate Almond Fudge Frozen Bars, Lot 15226, was shipped to customers in New York and New Jersey from Sept. 4, 2015 through Feb. 29, 2016 for further distribution to their customers.
The recalled product, Net Wt. 11.52-fl.oz. (340-mL), is packed 4 bars per box and bears UPC 855756004772. The recall is limited to Lot 15226 with "BEST BY" Date "021317" (located on top of box). It was shipped to customers in New York and New Jersey from September 4, 2015, through February 29, 2016
What to do
Customers who purchased the recalled product and are allergic to milk should not consume it, but return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
