It was also sold between February 18, 2016, and April 9, 2016, in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Vermont, Washington and Wisconsin.
