of ConsumerAffairsWalser Asia Pacific Ltd. is recalling 41,412 accessory Auto XS heated car seat cushions, model number 16478, manufactured June 30, 2015, to August 30, 2015, and sold exclusively through ALDI USA stores between December 20, 2015, and February 10.
The seat covers may overheat causing the fabric to melt, increasing the risk of personal injury to the seat occupant or a vehicle fire.
What to do
Walser says it does not know the contact information for the purchasers of the heated seat covers and will work with the exclusive seller to issue a joint press release instructing owners to return the affected seat covers to ALDI for a refund.
