Specialty Commodities, Inc., of Fargo, N.D., is recalling a specific lot of dry roasted almonds.
The product may contain cashews, an allergen not listed on the label.
No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this problem.
The recalled product was distributed between January 26, 2016, and February 16, 2016, to six customers in Arizona, California and Colorado in 25-lb. cartons, marked with lot #1050188-1-16007 on the side. These cartons were then distributed to other food production companies for further processing and packaging; they are not distributed directly to consumers for sale in retail outlets.
The recalled dry roasted almonds were distributed between January 26, 2016 and February 16, 2016. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this problem.
