Materne North America is recalling specific packages of GoGo squeeZ applesauce pouches.
The product may be adulterated with food product residue.
No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this issue.
The recalled products have a Best Before Date of 12/4/15-3/4/17 and a 5 digit production code beginning “US” followed by 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07 or 08, which may be found on the back of the pouch or on the bottom of the box, and “Product of USA” displayed under the Nutrition Facts Panel on the box.
Products labeled as “organic” are not affected by the recall.
