SHIPPING DATES: August 7, 2015, through September 29, 2015.
The product was shipped to Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Carolina, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Wisconsin.
Customers do not need to return the product to the store where it was purchased. Instead, they should dispose it.
