The product with the UPC code 00943482/SKU 94348) sold in Trader Joe’s refrigerated deli section with “Use or Freeze by” codes 04 16 15 through 01 15 16.
The Trader Giotto’s Butternut Squash Triangoli is packaged in an 8.8-oz. package, with code information printed on the upper-right corner of the front of the package, and was distributed to Trader Joe’s stores nationwide.
Customers who purchased the recalled product may return it to Trader Joe’s for a full refund.
