Ready Pac Foods recalls salad kits

PhotoReady Pac Foods of Irwindale, Calif., is recalling approximately 265 pounds of salad kits with grilled chicken products.

 

The products contain eggs and anchovies, allergens not listed on the label.

 

There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.

 

The following products, produced on Oct. 27, 2015, are being recalled:

  • 15-oz bowls of “Ready Pac Foods Bistro Salad Kit with Grilled Chicken, Chopped Thai Style Crunch” with Use By Date 11/11/15.

The recalled products, bearing establishment number “P-27497” inside the USDA mark of inspection case code “RP#: 29800,” were shipped to retail locations in California.

 

Customers who purchased these products should not consume them, but throw them away or return them to the place of purchase.
