Farmer Creek recalls canned albacore tuna products

The products may be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum

PhotoFarmer Creek of Cloverdale, Ore., is recalling canned albacore tuna with the Farmer Creek brand label with any codes starting with "OC."

 

The products may be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum

 

There have been no reported cases of illness to date.

 

All products were sold to consumers from the company's farm stand and farmers markets in Oregon through September 2015.

 

Affected production codes include any codes starting with "OC." The code can be found either on the bottom or on top of the can. Recalled product is packaged in 6-oz. metal cans

 

Customers should destroy the recalled product.
