Whole Foods Market recalls cherry, blackberry and peach pies

The products contain egg, an allergen not listed on the label

Whole Foods Market is recalling cherry, blackberry and peach pies produced and sold in 4 retail stores in the Southwest region, which includes Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.

 

The products contain egg, an allergen not listed on the label.

 

No allergic reactions or illnesses have been reported to date.

 

The recalled products, with best by dates of 6/26/15 to 7/3/15, were sold in whole pies, half pies and slices packaged in boxes and clear plastic containers with the following PLUs:

  • 22203700000
  • 24919900000
  • 24901100000
  • 24912200000
  • 22197400000
  • 22202000000
  • 24189800000
  • 24189900000
  • 24190200000

The following 4 stores are affected:

  • Oklahoma City - 6001 N Western Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73118
  • Lamar - 525 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78703
  • Arabella Station - 5600 Magazine St, New Orleans, LA 70115
  • Champions - 10133 Louetta Rd, Houston, TX 77070

Customers who purchased the recalled product should discard i and bring their receipt to the store for a full refund.

 

Consumers with questions may contact their local store between 9am and 5pm (CST) Monday – Friday.
