Kent Nutrition Group is recalling one lot (# 1015072) of its Blue Seal Home Fresh Starter Amp Medicated Poultry Feed. The lot number is located on the tape of the sewed-end of the bag.
The product contains excessive salt levels.
The poultry feed being recalled was manufactured in Columbus, Neb., and distributed March 18 – 25 to 6 dealerships in Nebraska. The product is sold in 50-lb bags. At this time, 64 bags remain unaccounted for.
Customers who purchased the recalled product should return it to their Kent Dealer for a full refund.
